SALVIA nem. Caradonna

Salvia nemerosa Caradonna is a great ornamental sage that will flower year after year.  Salvia Caradonna has an upright clump forming habit with leaves that are grey/green and rough to the touch. The leaves do have an aroma that is lovely.  The flower stems on the Saliva Caradonna are spires of violet purple flowers on dark stems and are fabulous food for bees.  Cut back once they have finished flowering to encourage new flower growth.
