Prunus Shirofugen White Cherry Blossom Trees, are a medium sized tree with fragrant double white flowers which open from pink buds in May. The flowers turn pink as they get older. The leaves of the Shirofugen start out bronze turning to dark green during the summer and a coppery-red in the Autumn time.
Shirofugen is a fast growing tree which holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
It suits most gardens, it likes to be planted in full sun and any reasonable soil. It is a really hardy tree.
