Prunus Kanzan is the stunning double pink flowered cherry that you will see around the country. It is by far the most popular Cherry Blossom Tree. The young leaves from the Cherry Kanzan appear bronze and will turn green once the flowers start to appear.
Plant Prunus Kanzan in full sun, in a sheltered spot, as the wind will strip the flowers from the tree. However in this situation, you will have the most amazing floral carpet.
