Nandina Domestica Objesessed

Nandina Domestica Objesessed, is a member of the Berberis Family, although it is sometimes commonly called a sacred bamboo.  It is not in anyway related to the Bamboo family.  It is a small evergreen shrub, with upright habit and slender stems.  The leaves when they open are red, turning to green during the summer months and once again changing to red during the autumn.  

Nandina Domestica Obsessed will produce small white flowers during the summer months, which are often followed by red berries.  It is a compact shrub, ideal for growing in a shrub border.
