Hydrangea pan. Skyfall is a shrub that will flower from July right through the summer months, until at least October, even November depending on the Autumnal weather. The flowers are cone shaped flowers that are creamy white on strong upright stems. As the flowers age, they flush with pink.
Plant into flower beds and borders, but Skyfall also looks gret planted into pots, just make sure it's a decent sized pot. They do like plenty of water, so in case of warmer weather, ensure that you can get a hose to them to water in drier spells. Prune Skyfall in early
One of tour favourite new varieties, Hydrangea Skyfall has massive conical flowerheads of creamy white Hyacinth like flowers borne on strong upright stems. As the flowers age they become pink flushed on a naturally bushy and self branching plant that would look great in a good sized pot. This variuety would also make a spectacular informal flowering hedge. This stunning new plant is easy to grow and tough – ideal more more difficult areas in sun or partial shade where its late season flowers will give long lasting interest.
Hydrangea Skyfall is easy to grow in sun or partial shade, they prefer a rich moisture retaining soil that doesn’t dry out too much in Summer. Prune the plants back hard to a low framework in Early Spring for best flowering.
