Coriander Vietnamese

Coriander Vietnamese is a heat loving perennial herb that has a distinctive aroma.  It is pefect for using in Asian dishes. Add the leaves to the end of the cooking, to retain the flavour.  You can use the leaves in salads too.  

Coriander Vietnamese is a little tender, so I would recommend to bring it in during the winter months.  If you pinch out the leaves regularly it will encourage the plant to produce new leaves.
