Calamagrostis 'Karl Foerster' is a narrow upright grass with great architeecturalk quality and is loved by landscapers. I would consider it tall for a grass, growing up to 90 cm with arching leaves. alamagrostis Karl Foerster is a sterlie grass, so there is no fear of it self-seeding around the garden. Cut down to the ground in early spring, to allow for the new growth to appear.
Plant in full sun to part shade, can tolerate exposure
