Asplenium nidus- Birds Nest Fern
The Birds Nest Fern has gorgeous bright almost crinkly leaves. The long, erect bright green fronds grow from a central rosette.
The Aspelenium nidus will thrive in a place with medium to bright light or partial shade such as a north or east window. It will grow best in soil kept consistently moist, but not soggy, and not allowed to dry out completely. The Birds Nest Fern would benefit from occasional misting to increase the humidity.
Avoid watering the crown (center) of the fern.
Fertilize once a month during Spring, Summer and Autumn with houseplant fertilizer
