Allium Summer Beauty is a bulbous perennial with stunning, rounded umbels which have an abundance of soft lavender-pink, bell-shaped flowers from June to August. The flowers sit on sturdy stems approximately 45 cm above a neat clump of glossy green, strap-shaped leaves. The foliage has a strong onion scent and remains attractive all season long. ‘Summer Beauty’ has been noted for its later but long flowering period, which is longer than other Allium varieties.
Attracts lots of pollinators. Creates a wonderful display if planted in masses. It reaches a maximum average height of 70 cm, spread 45 cm.
